Shipping & payment
We ship from our warehouse in Landau an der Isar by parcel service. Shipping costs are charged per parcel (carriage plus € 1.70 net packaging) and depend only on the destination country.

Example: four 7 kg basket spools (28 kg) ship in one parcel; five spools (35 kg) need two parcels. Spools and TIG rods are always packed separately: one spool plus one carton of rods make two parcels. The basket shows the exact shipping costs before you order.
Payment
- Prepayment (bank transfer): you receive our bank details with the order confirmation; we ship once the payment has arrived.
- Online payment: credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Pay by Bank and eps via our payment provider Mollie. You are redirected to the secure payment page after submitting the order. Not available to businesses outside Germany.
- Invoice (businesses only): we check your order and state the payment terms in the order confirmation – once approved, payable within 30 days net; for first orders and depending on creditworthiness, prepayment.
Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID are invoiced without German VAT. The shop shows prices incl. VAT; the order confirmation is binding.
Delivery
Items marked "in stock" ship from our warehouse. We confirm the delivery date in the order confirmation. Deliveries outside Germany, Austria and the EU on request: info@migal.co.
